Exercising Kindness

The third Monday in January is often referred to as ‘the most miserable day of the year’ - and in my humble opinion, we don’t need any more miserable days anytime soon.

As part of my work with Reebok, I decided that we needed to do something positive to give as many people as possible a boost for their physical and mental health.

Luckily for me, it was around this time that I connected with Harry Corin, the mental health project lead for KIND (who make great snack bars). Between us we devised the ‘Exercising Kindness’ event on Monday 18th January - and decided to donate all proceeds to the incredible charity that is Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM).

Event Agenda

7.00am - 7:30am - Be The Fittest HIIT Special class from Author & Founder of Be The Fittest, Tyrone Brennand (please make sure you have water to hand for this workout)

7:30am - 7:45am - How to Connect to Your Wellbeing Circuit – Tips and Breathwork from Lucy Denver, Founder @We_AreTheAntidote & Reebok UK Brand Comms

7:45am - 8:30am - Panel Talk "Looking after your mental health in 2021" hosted by Harry Corin, featuring:

- Mel Wells - Leadership Coach and Author

- Joel Dommett - Presenter and Comedian

- Dr Tosin Sotubo - NHS and Private GP

The aim of the event is for you to leave feeling positive about the day ahead having exercised kindness to yourself, allowing you to exercise kindness to others!

You will also receive a virtual goody bag with a value of £150.

You can purchase tickets here until 7pm on Sunday 17th January.

I look forward to seeing you there!
